Respected Sir, My Name is Pradeep Kumar Verma, I have a good knowledge in ANSYS, FEA, NX and CATIA. I have made various CAD model design and analysis. Sir I have design the model of an ATV Car and it Fabricated, during my participation in BAJA SAE 2014 and 2015. Also, I designed a motor driven vehicle for ECO KART participation of a team from my institute.I have a good knowledge in Automobile and its fabrication. During my summer internship at IIT BHU, I developed a wheel profile of railway wagon and analyzed the thermal and stress distribution of wheel on the ANSYS and MATLAB. Also noted the temperature distribution of the different material wheel at various velocities and radius of wheel. Further, I compared the output of my whole analysis from the standard design of wagon wheel used by RDSO design. Hence, I submitted it as a new design of wheel of railway wagon having fin profile which can reduce a temperature upto 95oC. Sir you can see the recommended remark on my summer training certificate. Sir, I have one year experience in Design Engineer at Sphinx Worldbiz Ltd. I have professional experience in Progressive Die, Strip Layout, Trim Die, Draw Die Design for various sheet metal part. I have design of Body side, Fender, DOL, DMF, for General Motors. And I have design various Die for Maruti and Mahindra & Mahindra.
