I'm Garry Black President of B&W Engineering since 1986. We manufacture test equipment designed to perform Mil-Stds tests on microelectronics. One tester is designed to detect particles on the order of microns for space related devices. The test involves shock and vibration to induce movement of the particles and ultrasonic to detect. There is a need to detect ever smaller particles inside ever smaller packages. Need expert Ph.D to help on proposal.
