I'm associated with a local political campaign, and I'm looking to show that the hours of data entry we paid for were basically useless. I want a program that automates data entry for particular GOTV forms. I want a program that takes a PDF of forms(formatted as attached) and produces an excel file with the info of all people and their number(1,2, or 3, see the sample). If there is no number, then they should be omitted from the data set. The program doesn't need to be written in Mathematica, but it seems reasonably easy to do it there, and I have the product. I'm thinking this is a $50-100 project, but I'm willing to pay substantially more if that is what it takes to get it done.
