I would like to hire a Marketing Specialist

HI, i run a building company in west london , [login to view URL] , we specilaise in modern contemporary extension and loft conversions.... i need help with my marketing , in specific, 1) i need someone to research my industry, look over my website and improve it in terms of written text (im happy with the layout and pictures) 2) also need for you to read through the site and make sure that every page is linked to another page and that the information is actually there to be read i.e on the home page towards the bottom if you click on either " luxury lofts" "beautiful extensions" or "stunnning new builds" but none of these links actually take you to anywhere where you can actually read info on that particular subject... so i would need someone to come up with text to describe these subjects in a very engaging way so that the customer is impressed enough to call us or carry on reading.... 3) your ideas on how or if anyway we could improve the site , so thats the website aspect of it done .... second part of the project is to use my website branding/photos and to produce a small (a4) 4/5/6 page brochure highlighting our services, this is the brochure that i would leave with the client after my intitial visit to them, im hoping that the brochure is WOW enough for them to keep us at the forefront of their mind and to call us back to discuss their project further or shortlist us to the next stage... it has to be a visually stunning brochure but with the right / important amount of text to it make them feel comfortable with what we are offering....... so thats it really, an improved website and a nice matching brochure...... i would expect you to research my competitors, have a fantastic command of the english language, be creative for the brochure....i need this to be done asap.....thanks for reading...Cham
