I am setting up an ethanol plant of loan of 71.26 crs and cc of 15 crs with collateral of 26crs and my margin of 40crs. situations to be noted:-1)my loan proposal is declined because of a)experience of owner b)less collateral c)Greenfield project. solution :- a) I have entered into agreement with company having 30years of experience b)I am ready to increase my margin by 5.36crs which will indirectly reduce the loan and increase the collateral c) this project is Greenfield but still the raw material used molasses is been imported to India. I would also assure bank to give a business of around 50crs in future by getting customers to buy homes for that my construction plan is ready.
