Help me to build a presintation to market an event

need a power point presentation for the project briefed below : we are planning to have a big event, the duration will be 5 days and the dates are 31st of august until 4th of September The event is an entertainment event regarding football, we will be hosting 5 football icons very famous in the football world, all of them are Brazilians, we intend to make this event not only an event on size of the kingdom of bahrain nor GCC, but a regional event the size of MENA region (( middle east and north Africa )) , the event content is to have thus players to come here, hold a press conference with media coverage, afterwards there will be an indoor football competition which will be observed by thus players, winners will be awarded special certificate from the organizers and from thus football players too as certified professional footballers plus trophies and valuable prizes Players names : Ronaldinho gaucho, rivaldo , denilson, juninho burnambucano, goal keeper nelson dida.. Attachments: there will be some attachment to the football tournament, another interactive football tournament will be held on Sony ps4, and also the winner will be awarded with a prestigious award. Car show: we would like to add some fun and joy to the attendees so there will be a car show too . Hall of fame museum : as for this we want to add a taste of heritage in the event, there will be a small football museum where all thus football icons will bring their precious belongings such as medals they won, their T-shirts which they played with in the final matches or special occasions, shoes…..ETC. It will be displayed in a very diligent way where all attendees of this hall will be astonished from what they will see, although the players will have a dedicated lounge inside the museum where they can host their fans and sign them autographs and take memorial pictures with them. Hope the event brief was enough explanatory Some home work for the freelancer: Build a profile for each and every player, showing all his career achievements including competitions he won, the personal achievements as well. NOTE: the presentation will be used to attract sponsors to sponsor the event, so it has to be professional as much as possible. NOTE: the freelancer who will work on this must be a football fan so he will totally understand from where to start , how to deliver the idea of it, and how to end it.
