Setup multistore + multidomain + multilayout

We are having 1 site with 1 magento installation. I currently need one more store with one more domain with different layout. We bought a themeforest layout, that needs to be implemented into existing magento installation. Issue: 1) The theme are conflicting with other theme, some modules are messing it up.. 2) Otherwise when this is solved - the rest is standard Magento multistore setup, we do create the CMS pages ourself if needed.. Need fast within 2 days
