Review function, bulk edit orders and consultation

To be able to bulk edit some orders in their total pricing. For example I have 5 orders and would like to select all of them and change the total price of the orders before I send the invoice to the customers. So all of them have the same amount on their invoice. I can't figure out, why it's not showing up the customer rating on products and the form to rate a product. I think this is a rather a very simple task, but can't find what is wrong. If you could look into it and get this to work, that would be great.
