Create T-Shirt design from JPG images

I need to create a design for a firehouse T-shirt that will incorporate the new truck into the design. This will be 1 design only, for the back of the shirt. The size needs to be 10 inches by 10 inches at 200 dpi. Although I will be using a professional screenprinter for the job, you can use this template as a guideline: [login to view URL] The design will include in an arc over the design MYRTLE GROVE and in an arc under the image VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPT You will create the picture of the firetruck based on the attached images of the actual truck (enclosed ZIP file). It is not to be a full front view or full side view. Somewhat of a 3/4 view. The side door must have the text that is in image truck4.jpg. Also, try to incorparate E31 into the picture (see image [login to view URL]). Images truck1, truck2 and truck3 are the actual new truck. So, the color scheme w/ stripes should remain constant. Truck4, truck5 and truck6 is the old truck, just shown to give ideas and examples of how some of the text should be. There should also be a firehouse somewhere in the picture.
