Have you considered renting VPS (even these for 1€/month will do) and installing VPN server on it or just setting up SSH tunnels to it to be able to access services from the outside that way? I'm running bunch of software that is accessible that way from my homelab under my domain on residential internet with dynamic ip

This is very easy task and within 15 mins can finish the work. Needs only No IP account, Home Router login and a port forwarding configuration.
