Looking for an Ofono expert

In our application, we use Ofono to control an [login to view URL] modem. We need to send SMSs while a data connection is active. This is something the modem itself is able to do (we have the AT commands sequence), yet the standard Ofono framework does not work this way. We are thus looking for a developer with solid experience with Ofono, and the capability of patching the code according to our need. Write Ofono at the beginning of your bid, also describing your previous experience with Ofono. While bidding, take into account that: 1) the deliverable is a set of source code, makefiles, compiling instruction, documentation 2) we get full property of all the deliverable, unless the license of Ofono states elsewhere (in this case, Ofono license will apply) 3) the deliverable must be compilable, installable and fully working version of Ofono, patched in order to allow transmission of SMS during data exchange over a socket 4) you will start your work on an existing Ofono version that already contains patches. At the moment we prefer not to use standard off-the-shelf code 5) you will receive payment once we are able to check all the required functionalities. 6) you will be requested to sign an NDA before the work starts. We will take into account only persons with true Ofono experience. Please refrain from wasting our time with copy-paste and generic bids!
