Database activity to create task specific in MariaDB 10.6

We are searching for a (REAL) db expert, structured store procedures first, with (REAL) experience on MariaDB 10.6 to start work with some specific task and then keep going on new activity related to query/store procedures/triggers and database tuning. ( the project evaluation is indicative, we want to find the rigth person to work with, with a great experience and logic/proactive mind set, with a good time rating cost, to permit us to have a long term partnerhip, but working for tasks and evaluating single tasks with amount/days) the backend is not PHP!!!! so you cannot bypass the "db expert" skill working with external languages.... ONLY DB ACTIVITY!!! The task is related to: "I'm making a automated flow with some control points and conditions where user have to check and authorize the process where I have to from incoming data making a regroup and generate orders and order to be linked each other through some fields (ordernumber and guid reference) made invoking a single passage invoking a single stored procedure, the environment is a db beind a multiuser web application environment, the activity is ONLY to make on the DB. (MariaDB 10.6) part of the flow is aready done, but some part about the logic are to review." but at moment I have problem to follow some tasks and I'm searching for someone who can help Us on DB side on long term and to considre different point of view how to solve DB logic and automatic elaborations problems. As first task we permit only the remote working with the signing of an NDA anydesk with a dedicated pc. In our working hours and If is possible in "tandem" .
