Configure MWAN3 on LUCI/Openwrt

We have a new dual LTE (4G) modem router we are looking to test. It is running Openwrt and we have not been able to contact the manufacturer for support. We want to set up a multi wan connection so both LTE (4G) modems are active as well as the WAN interface to increase overall speeds (packat agregation).
