Casual ongoing assistance required for small IT business

I'm looking for someone to assist at times when I'm not available, and in areas where my knowledge is not as good as it needs to be. It may need more than 1 person to assist with these different skill sets, but the more of them you have, the better:
Server Sys admin (our own internal and client servers include Windows, Ubuntu VPS, unRAID)
FreePBX
Web/graphic design/Wordpress
Desktop Windows, Mac, and networking support
I used to manage a telco and ISP, then later a mid sized IT consultancy until about 15 years ago. Our other business was shut down due to covid, so I returned to the IT industry when several new clients were referred to me. I'm not sure how regular the work will be or how much this will grow, but I already need help with several tasks that are a bit outside my skill set. If I can find the right person to assist remotely, I'll push really hard for more new clients.
