Double Authentication of Documents
Job Description:
- Receive and sign for package via FedEx
- Phone and schedule appointments at the High Commission of Sri Lanka in New Dehli (first) and the Portuguese Consulate in New Dehli (second)
- Present provided documentation at the High Commission at the scheduled appointment time.
- Then present the documentation (with any new documentation acquired at the High Commission appointment) to the Portuguese Consulate at the scheduled appointment time.
- Repackage all documentation and return via FedEx to the address provided.
Job Requirements:
- Must live in New Dehli
- Must be available to sign for package during FedEx business hours - business address preferred.
- Must be able to contact both offices and schedule own appointments
- Must be able to provide own transportation to both of the following offices:

- Must be able to provide own transportation Yes Bank Chanalyapury in Malcha Marg (Once documents have been checked by an employee at the Portuguese Consulate, you must pay the Consular Fee at the bank and bring back the proof of payment)
- Must be able to present personal Identification at appointments as the appointed Power of Attorney
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to pay for appointment fees in local currency, cash not accepted. (These fees have been included in the Job Offer price)
Sri Lanka High Commission document authentication fee: INRs 2,100.00
Portuguese Consular Fees: INR 1108.00
- Must have the capacity to pay for return shipping of the documentation via Fedex upfront. (These charges will be refunded immediately upon arrival and presentation of receipt.)
