Help me get some support from Freelancer.com to get paid for a completed job

Hi, I have tried and tried to contact freelancer regarding a job that hasn't been paid and I have received no support whatsoever. I have submitted 'tickets', to no response and the live chat function does not work. Both functions have now been removed so there is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY of contacted freelancer. The help functions are useless and don't solve real problems. The job I completed was for $250. I have had no problems with the client and I completed the job above and beyond what was needed. On taking the job, $125 was released so I started work. 7 days later, the partial milestone got reversed, I contacted freelancer about this and they said there was a problem with the user's account - but the $250 had been deposited. The whole $250 is still in the system. I sent tickets which were not replied to, I feel a complete lack of support from Freelancer. I feel like any jobs I take now aren't safe from money being taken back out of my account after it has been released. What if I had withdrawn and spent the $125? Would Freelancer have then taken the money out of my bank? I have created a dispute, which I don't like doing as I had a good relationship with the client, completed the job and have had no problems with him. But this is all Freelancer's lack of support which has forced me to do this. I would welcome anyone who has experienced this (I'm guessing I'm not the only only let down by Freelancer) and can help me reclaim the whole $250. Isn't it strange how Freelancer didn't refund my $25 fee when they took back the milestone! I have even looked for Matt Barrie's (Freelancer CEO) personal contact details online as it actually is impossible to get personal support through this website. And I would also like to use this opportunity to warn others that even though the milestone function is touted as being the 'safest way to work', beware - your money is still not guaranteed. Sensible legal advice please - not automated/random bids from people who don't really understand my problem here. Thank You
