Template customization for mobile phone – tablet and desktop devices: using the Gantry 5 framework and Rocket theme Gemini template provided by the client; 3. User Registration functionality – using Joomla extension (pre- approved by client) 5. Login functionality 6. Menu items as set out on migration expert site – main homepage and internal visa pages (approx. 50) 7. Installation of Joomla Akeba Backup extension Milestone 2: Approval and review Deliverables 8. Prior to moving forward, confirmation of stage 1 and approval to move to milestone 3 from client. If not satisfied, the agreement may be terminated for no additional cost or penalty to either party. 9. If the agreement is terminated by either party, the freelancer – company providing the work agrees to comply with clauses including, but not limited to: (17, 18 and 19 of this Agreement prior to payment being released by client Milestone 3 internal pages and Structure Deliverables 10. Full Duplicate of page content – structure from [login to view URL] website – using Lorem Ipsum (dummy text) in place of [login to view URL] content 13. SEO url with Canonical on duplicate content only – to avoid the Joomla canonical issue; 14. SEF URL correctly setup 15. Mobile device compatibility – responsive design for phone, tablet and desktop 16. Browser compatibility – chrome, IE, Edge, Firfox, Safari, Opera; Milestone 4: Completion Deliverables 17. On completion the freelancer – company providing the work under this agreement will provide client with full (working) Akeba Backup archive – ready to be extracted to the clients server. To avoid doubt, working means : the Akeba archive correctly extracts the files required to run the developed website as a fully functioning joomla 3+ website – on the Gantry 5 framework with Rocket Theme Gemini template and customised per this agreement. AND 18. The client will confirm installation and working order of website prior to approving final payment AND 19. The freelancer – company providing the work set out in this agreement releases all copyright to the client after receipt of payment and agrees they will not retain any electronic or other file or content howsoever relating to the website the subject of the work, including – but not limited to: images, code, access right, access key, template, file, content, article or link.
