we want our joomla splash page to be a responsive to all devices, wall of thumbnails or smaller. all hyperlinked and hover responsive also need this customised template to be able to be used over again on all joomla 2.5 through to joomla 4 websites also need customising a few modules for uploading ads and one frontend editing and uploading have picture of what we hoping for as guide
