We are looking for a person that has a proven record of taking a site and making it produce leads from the content it has. We have a marketing team ranking and working with this certain site now - and we are gaining rank very fast under our keywords. We are getting traffic now - but our conversion rate is nothing.
We are a small team - and have a few different projects happening. The right person would have a chance to work with all of the projects as well - not just the mortgage based one. We are only looking for partners though, not employee's or sub-contracted workers. We are looking for someone that will join us for a cut of the profits - and as we gain more profits a commission check will also be issued, on top of sharing in the profits made. We have found this is the best way to motivate a person, they have no limits to their income this way as well. It keeps us all safe from scams this way.
We currently have 2 projects underway and both are opening or opened already on the web - over a year old, ranking already, in-depth sites, full of content, features, functional areas of the site as well. GetLoansCheap and GolfFams are our two we have put in alot of time on. We will only be picking on person for this position - as it takes more money from us to bring on a partner than just an employee - but at current time - we really just are looking for a partner - someone to share in the successes of both or one - either way.
Your responsibility would be to help us increase conversion rates on both sites, or at least the Mortgage based site. Content change, and just anything that you know to do to bring in more visitors or applications.
