WebCam and Mobile Cam Video Capture

I need a web application that will interface with a user's camera (laptop or cellphone) so that they can record a video. Once they are done recording, I want the ability to upload the video to a server. I'd like HTML5/WebGL ([login to view URL]()) to be the first option if available, if a user browser/device does not support that, then fall back to adobe flash. That's it! It's a simple proof of concept and there will be further work required if you can accomplish this task. Project Requirements: * Web application with a window that shows the user's camera view. E.g. [login to view URL] * Web application (mobile friendly) with three buttons: record, stop, save -Record will start the video recording process -Stop will stop the video from recording -Save will upload the video content to a server * A user can click save and it will save the video to a remote server (server will be supplied) * JS will confirm the browser/device supports [login to view URL]() * JS will fall back to Adobe Flash if the MediaDevices API is not supported
