static react SPA software engineer portfolio website hosted on github pages

I need a static portfolio website that is build as a Single Page App, ideally using React. it should be simple javascript and css and HTML and that can be hosted in github using github pages.
the design will include a continuous scrolling side bar which will be the hyperlinked names of my repositories on github(this can be retrieved by using github apis), clicking one of the links, will update the main panel in the center with the content of the readme of that repository(this also can be retrieved as HTML if the repository has its own github page) the content main panel should then include a link to the repository on github for further viewing plus dates and details as small info at the bottom.
when the website is initially loaded it should load the main page which will be my personal info and bio, this means that there should be nav bar or similar links at the top to allow the visitor to view my bio and contact details.
the css or design will be very minimalistic and clean suitable for a software engineer portfolio.
the website should be viewable when in mobile mode ie it should be responsive.
the code should be very clean and maintainable so that I can enhance in the future if needed.
designs will be agreed upon on successful acceptance of the bids.
this should not take more than a couple of days and I would have done it myself but am too busy at the moment with other work.
