Combine my Python(nltk) and D3 codes into one system

Are you comfortable in dealing with python codes (one uses nltk library) and D3 code, and able to combined them into one single system?
Currently, I have several independent python codes that are connected by intermediate csv results and finally visualized in D3 as follows:
Python Code 1 --> [login to view URL]

Python Code 3 (nltk) (uses [login to view URL])-> [login to view URL]
Finally --> [login to view URL] used for D3 visualization.
I want someone who is capable in these technologies and able to combine them together into one system. A Small python GUI for the inputs would be a bonus skill to have
