I need javascript written for Adobe DC to make the attached into a dynamic stamp with a box to appear to a user to enter the required information All field are required fields
Entity field to be 7 digit text field from a customisable drop down list, currently "RDR001B"; RFG002C"; and "TGY004"
GL code to be a numeric only "000-00-00" field;
Recovery field to be a drop down list containing "O/G"; "D/C"; "N/R" and "A/H" in that order with O/G being the defauly
Amount and GST are number fields, 2 decimal places with a $ sign at the start.
I will need instructions as to where to put the code in adobe DC>
