I need a web application, with three screens, user authentication and data export to MS Excel.

The backend must be done in Java, preferably Spring Boot.

It should maintain a connection pool to an Oracle 11g instance.

Vue.js based frontend is desirable, specifically Vuetify seems to have the desired functionality, but other libraries or frameworks can be proposed.
