Key Job Responsibilities : Liaise with customers to understand the business requirements and translate into Software specification for new requirements. Liaise with customers to understand the existing application and prepare functional flow documents for the same. (Knowledge transition would be provided by the customer) Preparation of SRS -Software Requirement Specification document for any new requirements and explain the functional flow to the technical team Functional testing of the product and customization. Preparation of test cases and test reports. Coordinate with development team to get the issues resolved before commencing the iteration with customer Conduct Conference Room Pilot (CRP) with customer and coordinate to close all the gaps/open points Plan and conduct User acceptance testing Prepare Weekly status report and periodic update to the reporting manager Functional and Domain Skill : Should have good Business process understanding covering processes like Finance, Purchase, Sales & Inventory. Candidate having implementation experience in the above process will be preferred. Experience of working in any ERP products like SAP B1, Oracle Apps, SAGE, MS Axapta or any other well known ERP products. Ofbiz experience would be appreciated. Good understanding of Software development life cycle Very strong verbal and written communication Good documentation skills
