I need a wsdl file fixing and then connecting with the methods in a java class

So i have a wsdl file that i've begun to try and fix. It comes with a list of comments that it must adhered too-a recipe for the file-and that's what i've tried implementing, however the methods in the .java class (the service) is not connected to it, and i would like you to tie the two together.
