I need a lawyer

I need a separation agreement made on a two and a half year relationship. We never married but had a wedding celebration where we exchanged vows. I own a house and he has lived here on and off for less than two years. I bought the house independently and he threatens all the time to go after me for the equity the house has earned with the rising housing market. He also threatens to not pay his rent every other week as was agreed upon when we first moved in together at the amount of 1100 biweekly. This rent was also to cover half of the costs of monthly bills. Rogers, water, hydro, reliance water heater, taxes, etc... This puts me in a financial fear all the time because the house is budgeted on both incomes. The wedding that we had has a 10k debt owing for it only in my name and he said it would be paid back and it wasn't. He threatens the relationship regularly and so I would like to have all the legal details in writing in the event that the relationship ends on bad terms and I am stuck in a huge financial war of responsibilities. We do not share any children together either.
