Capture TV Feed into a DVR and share access - South Africa

Hi, We are a Data Analytics & Research company based out of India. We are working on a project which requires a respondent based in South Africa having either DStv or MultiChoice as a digital cable TV feed. The respondent would be required to deploy a DVR at his/her residence and capture a channel feed on a 24x7 basis. We would be accessing the DVR remotely from India to extract the recording whenever required. The hardware required for the same would be provided by us. The respondent would be required to bear the cost of a dedicated Digital Cable Set Top Box dedicated for the project, needed electricity charges to power the DVR and 24x7 internet connectivity cost.
