The new website needs to be launched with an effective social media presence,backlinks (white, black, grey?), in other words, a proposal to put the site on the map.
The target audience for the website are consumers and small business that speak English (in non-English speaking countries.)
Small budget available for advertising on social media, Google AdWords, etc as well, but we're looking for organic listing improvements at first.
