Sales and marketing consultant required for a cloud based CRM system

We are looking for freelancers who can help us to create a market for Deskflow outside of the Benelux area in English speaking countries: e.g. India, USA, UK, Philippines, Indonesia. The right candidate would be able to identify and contact the right companies, provide consultative selling, understand the customer's requirements, be a good listener and to be able to identify if Deskflow would be a match for them.

The overall idea is to find paying users for Deskflow. Technical support, training, customer retention management, problem solving will be provided by a support group in Belgium.

You get a one year free account to use Deskflow for your business, it is quite an intuitive program and of course you can get online training from Belgium.

Deskflow uses a lean approach, if there is a strong demand from customers to change or add certain features we can develop that together.

You are free to work on your own sales and marketing plan to find users. We set one rule and that is that you are a respectable, honest and honorable person to potential customers and to us.

The goal of the freelancer is to generate qualitative leads for a cloud based CRM package. Conversion of these leads will be done by Deskflow, we only expect the freelancer to generate the leads. A qualitative lead is a small to medium sized company who has subscribed for a free trial of Deskflow or who requires a CRM package to improve its business performance. Process to acquire leads:

Deskflow can be used in a wide variety of segments (non-food, services, manufacturing, web shops accountancy and administration, franchise givers and takers etc..). It is best to select a specific segment and take it from there before moving to the next segment.

Since this is solution based selling it will require several steps to generate a qualitative lead:

1) Select and identify a segment to generate leads

2) When potential prospects are identified these need to be contacted or directed to the Deskflow website to subscribe for a free trial

Per freelancer we set a deadline of 3 months and a goal of contracting 12 companies with an average of 2 users each.

When the deadline is expired we can discuss to see if we can continue working together.
