We are new, small digital marketing firm looking to fill a key role.
We are looking for an online marketing manager, who will operate ad operations and ad analytics by optimizing existing and initiating future campaigns to ensure successful delivery of digital advertisements, and to maximize campaign performance.
* Ad Analytics & Trafficking: Perform ongoing analysis of campaign performance using 1st & 3rd party data, and execute on action oriented outcomes aimed at increasing revenue growth and other success metrics
*Aggregate daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and identify opportunities for reporting efficiency improvement
*Proactively detect any inconsistencies or issues with each campaign, underperformance, over pacing, or any other campaign-related metrics, and resolve them after consultation with the manager
*Ad Operations: Secure creative assets via in-house creative team
*Ad-setup and monitoring of assets via ad server technology
*Provide publishers with timely delivery of creative submission, and communicate in a professional manner
*Cost Control: Invoice verification and pre-processing for payment
*Work colaboratly with our creative head on designing webpages, funnels, email campaigns, etc..
*Close collaboration with the internet team and creative department for best possible online advertisement performance
*Assist with offline and cross-channel campaigns and other special projects as needed.
*Passion for online advertising media and understanding how travelers interact with display advertising
*Very tech-savvy; experience using ad servers and/or web analytics platforms
*Must be extremely proficient with Excel and Outlook, solid in PowerPoint and other MS Office applications
*A high level of accuracy and attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
*Proven ability to analyze and optimize opportunities to maximize ROI
