I need a chatbot for facebook. It must be able to work in the messenger for marketplace ads. If someone responds to a marketplace ad the chatbot must reply either within that message post or direct the user to my business page which will engage them with the chatbot to answer more questions.
This is a lead generator for real estate ads. As you know so many replies to marketplace ads are not hot leads and the chatbot must be able to ask and answer question to warm up these leads. The main objective is to capture the email address. Fro there we attempt to drive them towards a sale or get their phone number so a sales associate can follow up.
Please provide work samples. IMPORTANT: You must begin your quote withe the words 'Dirt Deeds' or you will not be considered. Please outline your marketing methodology for the chatbot.
We are selling vacant land. Standard questions for leads are "What type of property are you looking for? A) Desert B) Mountain C) Rural". "What city do you want to be close to, and how far from that city?". "Do you plan to build on the land or would you use it for recreational purposes?". "How soon do you want to build?".
