SEO Expert needed - Google Top Rank - repost

I need someone for SEO for my classified auto parts website. My classified auto parts website is similar to [login to view URL] only for auto parts, tools and vehicles. I just launched the website and currently there are no listings on the website. You must be able to do this project without my website admin login information. I will not provide admin login information for my website. If you need onsite SEO just send me what needs to be done and I will add it. Our project and requirement is to achieve top 1 ranking on Google for the first page of our website. In addition you must analyze our website for proper seo optimization and assist in achieving these results.
