Back links, articles, comments and likes for my websites

I need some internet marketing for my new website. The content of website is already optimized (words and page structure). It's a website about a file upload tool for webmasters with free and pro version. I need : - for SEO: 300 links from indexed, PR 1-3 pages - for SEO: 25 links from indexed, PR 4-5 pages - for SEO : 50 likes on Facebook, 40 +1 on Google+, 30 tweets - for SEO & human traffic: 100 comments on blogs and forums pages which talks about file upload through web forms. - for human traffic : 75 successfull submissions on web directories in category : webmaster tools or PHP scripts * Only backlinks from english sites. * One link per domain will be counted so the links must come from different domains. * One-way links (no offer of reciprocal linking). * Not from pages which use ‘no follow’ tags. * Not from pages where link selling is obvious. * Not from pharmaceutical, adult content or gambling sites. * Not from pages which already include more than 50 outbound links. * Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, MSN and Yahoo within last 30 days. * Link page must be search engine friendly that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices. * Page should not be excluded by robots.txt. * No sites which ask for money later to keep the link online * No blog comment and forum spamming (topics have to be relevant !) I will provide some sample texts for comments and directory submissions. You will have to slightly modify these texts to avoid duplicate content. The work has to be done in about 3 weeks. It has to be done bit-by-bit : I do not want all the links to be created too fast, it has to be smooth to avoid sandboxing. I want a report of all URLs where a link has been created to my website (directories, comments, links) : I want a report when 25% of job is done, then another one at the end of job. If the work has good quality I may have similar new jobs later.
