Wordpress design & blog, SEO and SEM, ecommerce support

We are a small business with two websites focused on the green building and energy efficiency industries. For our consulting company we’re looking to update to a better functioning wordpress template with an integrated blog and a re-design for a professional audience including architects, developers and builders. Our second site is an ecommerce site where we provide training resources. The site has a custom database and secured online product delivery, and we need someone to help with periodic updates including creating new products. We also need upfront assistance to properly set up the blog, adwords and google analytics to drive and track conversions. Ability to optimize our YouTube channel also a plus. We're looking for a multi-talented person to develop a relationship with to work on both sites on an ongoing basis. We're looking for someone who can think creatively to increase conversions.
