Hi, I am a PCQI registered to the FD in the frame of Food safety modernisation act. You need to register the the facilities that produce, store, or otherwise handle the products bound to be imported in the US. Where is your facility based (warehouse, if any)? Are your suppliers FDA registered? This is the first step. I am happy to assist in FDA registration of your company and with a small fee per each of your suppliers needing the same (as long as documentation is provided and i don't have to chase for it).
