Project Task: Illustrate an area consisting of 11.5 acres consisting of a community having 5 parts Take an existing drawing/layout and arrange on a new layout to fit all of the areas into the new layout. The original (existing) layout is in a PDF format - the new layout is in a word and or dwg format. The original layout can be positioned to scale in size of the new layout/dimensions and or rearranged to encompass the original layout. Additionally,the designer as the option of completely re-drawing to scale the design/layout. Within the layout, spaces for 50 small businesses; a hotel; children theme park; and senior living area must be fit into an area encompassing the following area (46493 - meters sq2 = 69.9 mu = 11.5 acres = .018 miles). The designer can use either a color palette or images to show the layout. Work should be completed within 5 days. The current layout in PDF format will be provided; along with the new format in dwg and word. Task: Design/ layout an area that is about 11.5 acres to include 5 components that matches the scale of an existing project. End Result: Provide the drawing/layout to scale in both PDF and dwg format.
