Dear Sir, Apple's operating system doesn't make it possible to do this quite easy. If you do this, your iPhone will need to connect via Bluetooth to a microcontroller (like Raspberry Pi or Arduino) which sends the data to the display. What I would recommend is a simple Arduino with an LCD screen and a Wi-Fi chip. If you use this somewhere with Wi-Fi access, you could simply connect it to that Wi-Fi. Otherwise, you could make your iPhone a Wi-Fi hotspot. If it's a must, you could send it via Bluetooth to the display. The iPhone screen will stay off, like you requested. I could make this, put it into a nice encasing, fully program it and send it to you in the United States, all included in the price. If you need support afterwards, you can always contact me and I'll just modify the software to your needs. I hope this helped you somewhat!
