build example game that has shop with people going in and out for iPhone

i want someone to build very basic example game just a shop with people coming in and out. and when they are in they look around the shop. the shop must have different floors (like red floor and pink floor) different wall types and some tables in the middle and different people. the graphics of the elements are not important you can use any graphic you find in the internet and it don't have to look good . the important thing here is the basics of the game like how people move and look around not the graphics. there is no object to the game its just an example game. you must draw the shop using tile map editor based apps like Tiled. example photo of a shop [login to view URL] it dose not have to look good like this one just the basics of the game is important
