APP for IOS and Android plus Website for Travel Guide

We offer freelance job for design and programming of a travel guide native app (pattern) working on iPhone/iPad and Android systems – phone and tablet devices and the website fitting to the APP made in responsive design. Expected is experience in CSS, HTML5,, Javascript, jQuery / Prototype, SQL Design and functionality of the app from [login to view URL] shall be met. The Triposo APP is meeting our expectation to 90% so please analyze this first. The result shall be an advance version. !!!!
