Apps for apple newssstand publishing

I need multiple magazines published in apple newsstand. this is what i need. 1) I should be able to add content easily for the app and for future issues through a back end system. A backend system should be built like www.wigoo.com. The way it works is one should be able to upload a pdf and then add video, audio, html5, inapp purchases and more. 2) I should be able to create new issues of the same magazine or a completely new magazine 3) I should be able to do push notification 4) Itunes connect has a new feature called Atom feed for updating new issue covers and content automatically this should also be built 5) ) Clear word instructions on how to set up itunes connect for the inapp purchases/auto renewable subscription I have a apple developer account and have the content. i will provide the newsstand and itunes icons. I should. also be able to create new magazines in the future through the backend system for publishign to newsstand apps only serious canditates apply i need this urgently thanks narayana
