Transport tracker

I need a program similar to google transport tracker. It uses google maps API, Firebase and google cloud platform. The program needs to do the following: 1. Receive GPS coordinates from a device (latitude, longitude and include elevation, angle reading in degrees and compass reading) and update to a cloud database (firebase) 2. That data base needs to update and display an icon on google maps with those coordinates as fast as possible indicating position, compass heading, elevation and angle. 3. The coordinates needs to display on google maps, google earth and google earth pro simultaneously on multiple screens with the correct latitude, longitude, elevation and angle 4. It must then be able to feedback latitude and longitude coordinates to the database in relation to points / locations selected on google maps, earth and earth pro, without affecting the data coming into the database from the vehicle / device (this will be used by the vehicle to update its position) 5. I need a profile and color tracking program so that I can actively track anything in a video feed. A selection of a person / vehicle, in a video feed, needs to be actively tracked on the screen whilst updating X and Y axis points on the screen and once overlapped with google maps then generates another set of coordinates on google maps that updates to the database for use in third party applications. 7. For every icon or position tracked on google maps, earth and earth pro, i need the icon to display 3 different options of color; red, yellow and green. When the icon is selected on google maps, I need a pop up block to come up with a text field that I can populate on google maps. all this needs to update to the database linked to each coordinate or icon as well for use in the third party app. I need all the information updated to the database to be separated for ease of extracting information for use in third party applications. The project I am working on is a test project for tracking animals and vehicles.
