Make certificate templates in [login to view URL] (Liquid HTML)

We are launching some continuing education courses on [login to view URL], which uses Liquid for templating.
Upon completion of the course, the learner earns a Continuing Education Certificate.
We need some simple work done on the the certificate template. They need to include some custom fields (specifically our CE provider number for the appropriate provider, and, if possible, the license/certification number of the person taking the course.)

We want to be able to retrieve the name of course, date completed, and number of CE credits assigned from the course info, and insert that in the certificate.
The certificate will also need the learner's name and license/certification number, retrieved from their registration information.
We'd prefer this project as a flat rate rather than hourly. Please let me know an idea (a range is fine) of what you think this would likely cost.
In looking over the documentation, this seems like something that would take no time at all for someone competent in Liquid, which I am not. :)
