HTML problem - Email signature is changing font and layout once emailed to Outlook

I have created a free signature online. It works in gmail, and mailbird and emailing between them, however, when I email to Outlook 2013. First image (phone numbers side by side) is how it should look, second image (with phone numbers stacked), is how Outlook keeps changing it. Looking for someone to help fix the coding so it all works.
