Finish the creation & marketing of a number of simple software CDs on my website & eBay shops -- 2

Background I sell software collection CDs and have some that need finishing because I'm too busy. Some of the issues are: 1. They haven't been checked for consistency 2. Missing marketing images 3. Missing sales messages Tasks 1. Check current status of CD I need someone to go through each CD and check that it has been made in accordance with the instructions and if not, note what needs to be fixed. This means checking software is as explained in the instructions. At the end of this, there should be a list of how may kits that need more work and how many haven't been started/need to be made by the Technical worker (in task 2). Skills required: basic computer skills and ability to read my instructions. Mainly observational skills as this is just a job of reading the instructions and working out where something is missing that will prevent progress and is quite a simple task. Estimated time per item: 1hr. 12 items are currently ready to be checked and 7 being created (these need to be checked once completed by the person doing step 3) 2. Fix issues found - This may include obtaining software needed for the CD, improving layout, creating missing images for marketing, etc. Much of this work is made easier by using any of the Photoshop templates I have created or by copying/editing current images. Skills required: intermediate computer skills, a decent PC to install software on to complete the work, basic Photoshop image editing/creation skills, dropbox/cloud storage access (there are a lot of files to access to do this work, so if your internet connection is limited, do not apply) Estimated time per item: 4/5hrs if starting from scratch with limited ability, 3 hrs if skilled and to fix items, it should only take an hour or 2 depending on the issues found 3. Writing sales pitches - Following the kit completion, the marketing write ups will need writing so we can sell the items. The sales pitches get added to our listing template so some html editing experience would be helpful but is NOT essential. Skills required: Great English, ability to research software online, some SEO skills. Access to Microsoft Word or Google Docs. I require 2 pitches per product. The end result should be a simple and clear sales pitch that customers will understand and push sales. Estimated time per item: 1hr per item should suffice here, 2 max - depending on your writing skill and speed 4. Add the items to 2 websites - I need someone to add the items to the my BigCommerce & wordpress shops. Skills required: data entry, wordpress experience, basic editing of wordpress pages, BigCommerce exposure would be good but it's not essential as it is very simple. Estimated time per item: - 1hr to do both sites - fairly easy to do 5. Add the items to 2 eBay shops - Finally, I need the items to be added to my eBay shops. Skills required: basic eBay experience would help but it\'s very simple Estimated time per item: 0.5hr per item - this is very easy Normal process/roles I usually split the tasks above between 2/3 roles: Technical Worker - in the above scenario, they would do tasks 1 & 2 Admin Worker - in the above scenario, they would do tasks 3, 4 & 5 Sales Pitch Worker - optional and should not be needed (hopefully) - task 3 only Other points There may be some other things that have been missed here but the basic flow is as above. I use Asana to track tasks - it's free and helps to keep things organised. I will check the work before each stage has passed so everything is as it should be, until I am confident of the abilities of those doing the work. Summary This project can split between 2 people, contact me to discuss what you think you can do. I've done all of this in the past; it isn't difficult due to a fairly decent instruction document. There are also examples of finished items for anyone to compare against so you know you\'re on the right track.
