Convert existing website's frontend to Semantic UI

Website frontend needs to be converted to responsive `Semantic UI`. The web is already up and running and the layout has been styled using `stylus`. Original `psd` files will be provided along with current `html` and `css/stylus`. Bonus Project: The backend is `Django` and `FeinCMS`. I'm open to replacing `FeinCMS` with something more common, such as `Wordpress`. This means we would in effect have two systems: One for the business logic of the web (Django) and another one for the content (Wordpress or other) It would be good if the contractor could continue working on the project in the future when the customer needs more HTML/CSS work.

Hi! I have 16 years of professional full stack web development experience, with a focus on the front end. I have 6 years of experience in HTML5 and 7 in CSS3. I also have 3 years of experience using Bootstrap. Recently, I worked as a UI developer for MetLife, successfully converting their old member facing websites to responsive Bootstrap using its grid system and other features, as well as HTML5.
