Description

We need an experienced Moodler to create an online course using our existing materials (in book form) as well as other appropriate content that you source.

The online course will provide exam preparation for IT certification exams.

The majority of the required content will be provided to you, however you are expected to add additional content (e.g. text, diagrams, images etc.) where appropriate to enhance client learning.

The existing material will be provided to you in Office Document (.doc) format. The books are approximately 220 pages long, and provides a mixture of technical knowledge and exam preparation questions.

The final product you create will be an online course providing structured learning of technical content, as well as all 40 questions published using the Moodle Quiz [url removed, login to view] the exam questions will be published using the quiz module, you are required to use a combination of HTML pages (default Moodle module) and PDF files where appropriate. We will provide you access to other online courses so that you seen an example of how the final product should look.

You will be provided teacher access to our Moodle site, with the access being removed upon successful completion of the project.

Requirements:

Please bid and submit samples of Moodle courses you have created (if available). You also much have a strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate will be someone who has some technical background, experience using the Moodle Learning Management System (LMS), and understands user-oriented design principles. You must not engage in ANY copyright infringement in sourcing additional materials to use in the online program.

Timeframe:

This is an immediate need. When awarded you will deliver the content in 10 days or sooner. For those who have experience working with Moodle, the work should only take between 1 and 2 days.

Future Work:

We have a constant need for online content. We are looking for someone that can eventually know our needs and be completely independent in converting book content into online learning programs.

You will return something that we can use without readers asking, "Was this even spell-checked?" We are looking for correct [url removed, login to view] content must be unique and in US English. Since we're not planning to give detailed instructions, we're expecting the writer to know the subject through and through and be creative and proactive.

We do several projects like this at any given time and are looking for somebody we can call on for repeat projects. We work with a variety of writers.

Again, we're looking to develop long-term relationships with content developers. If you're good, we'll hire you again and again.

We have a deadline of 10 days from when you start. If you cannot keep this deadline, please do not bid. You will need to provide (links to) samples of the work you have done in the past with your bid.

We're looking for somebody with good communication skills, who will update us on the project and let us know if any problems arise. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

Thanks for reading this and considering our project!! We appreciate you!!
