this is project aims to modify an html page and relative .mxml page. I am actually using Flash Builder 4 to do modifies on .mxml files and compile them. the mxml page I want to modify call web service methods and display data in a grid. It shows the worklist of the user in a workflow process. So, I need to add a column with 3 buttons: the first button will open a dinamic url in a pop up window. The other 2 buttons will be used for approve/disapprove task.

Hello, I'm pretty new as working as freelancer, but I have lots of experience of using flex as I have been working with it for the last 2-3 years together with blazeds and java for the server side. I'm a very hard working guy. From your description I'm not sure about the trigger actions for the approve or disapprove the task, are the webservices already in place(that will be triggered by the click) and you need only to add those buttons?
