HTML Developer - Prototype Creation

We are currently seeking a freelancer who is skilled in HTML markup (without the use of WYSIWYG tools). Our current project requires the creation of an HTML prototype of the design and site structure from a sitemap. This job would be suitable for a junior developer or a student. There may be some very basic ASP.NET elements, but previous experience in this is not essential. This project would require you to start first thing next week for 3-4 days of work. This will be mostly off-site work with some progress meetings throughout the week.
