We are looking to create a website where people can help others in the medical field the main part to the site is a page where a user can connect to someone through video in a protected way, either a password or a unique id key and they can see each other. The 2 people here is a Person who is taking notes and a client in the medical field. The notes system is important because the person must take notes on what they see during the session. This will then be saved to a backend. The other part of the website involes the creation of a backend where we have users information saved and a billing invoice system of people who have been involved with the site. Other aspects to the site will be us giving you a psd file or html/css if you want of the homepage. The rest of the site you will create and code. Please say hiyou as the first word when you bid so I know you read this message. Please bid accordingly to the project as to what it will take to build this, please dont bid with a price to then later bill us more. This job will start within 1 week and there is a 4 week timeline to get this system. My team will also assit with work but we are not familiar with video systems at all hence the reason for this post.
